The time has finally arrived. YOU, dear mortals, are cordially invited to Dracula's dinner party and Gardner Street's Annual Halloween Carnival.

It's going to be a bloody good time.
We have quite an event planned for you and can't wait to have you over for our parade and carnival - with games, prizes, a haunted house and...well...a few bites.
A reminder that this event is created and run COMPLETELY by volunteers! There are over 150 volunteer spots available and we need every spot filled to make this carnival a delicious success. There are tons of ways to help, but we need all hands on neck - er...deck!
Please sign up and commit to being there and showing up so we don’t have to shut down booths. It is very difficult to find replacements last minute and it results in less money for Gardner, PLUS sad children.
If you can’t give your time, please consider bringing something that is requested on the sign up sheet, or donating something to the carnival from our Amazon Wishlist. It will be delivered to school and allows us to focus our budget on other items for the carnival instead. Or you can volunteer AND donate an item! We will continue to add items over the next couple of weeks, so please keep checking in!

Tickets go on sale THIS MONDAY, October 13th. In-person sales will begin before and after school at the glass doors. Look for the online link in The Week Ahead email or on the Friends of Gardner website.
Lastly - and most importantly! We still need businesses that are willing to sponsor this event. Without them - we will be cutting games, as we cannot fund them with our budget.
We also need parents that are strong and handy with a drill that can help us with day-of assembly AND/OR may have access to these items:
-A box tress
-A scissor lift
-A truck and ability to pick up large items
