Shout-outs and 100th Day of School!
It's time for shout-outs! We're going to celebrate all the incredible kids who are demonstrating this month's pillar of character - trustworthiness. At the same time, we're going to be celebrating the 100th day of school - so come dressed as one-hundred-year-olds! We can't wait to see all these little trustworthy grannies and gramps inching shuffling their way around school this Friday.

Volunteers!
We want to give a big thank you to all of our current volunteers! We couldn't make everything at Gardner happen without you. As a reminder from the main office - please sign-in when arriving on campus & obtain your Volunteer Pass from Remy and return it back to her when you sign-out. All passes must live in the Main Office & all volunteers must sign-in and out while on campus. Thank you for your cooperation!

Thank you to the parents who have stepped up to help with 5th Grade Valentine Grams Sales, Science Lab, Recycling Wednesdays and our Gardner Marketplace. As you can see, there's lots going on and we could use some more support. Join us! We need MORE GARDNER FOLKS to keep bringing the kids all our amazing programs.

Schools Beyond Screens
Schools Beyond Screens is a new grassroots coalition of LAUSD parents & teachers advocating for safer classroom technology. They are pushing for safer tech in the classroom and far less time on it, replaced with more hands-on learning and face-to-face classroom instruction. There is a new Gardner chapter of this group and we need more parents to join in order to make an impact. REMINDERS

Gardner Green Wednesdays! Drop that that cleaned out glass, aluminum and plastic outside the glass doors or at the Gardner Gate so we can get cash back for Gardner!
